Adam is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with IASSC.
Project, Program Management and Governance
Project and programme leadership using Project Management Institute (PMI) methods. Adam is a certified project manager from the PMLG. Based on experience in leading programs and implementing governance structures in several Contract Research Organisations, clinical software vendors and Pharma.
Organisational Design
Designing organisations, supporting reorganisations and prototyping new structures. An independent view in this area helps confront organisational barriers without bias or vested interest.
